Obayomi has over a decade of experience in faith-based leadership, organizational development, and servant leadership. He currently serves as the **Acting Chief Executive Officer** of the [[Centre for New Dimension Leadership]] (CNDL), where he focuses on training and mentoring a new generation of leaders across Nigeria and beyond.  

He is also the **Chief Operating Officer** of Olivet Resort Limited, a hospitality business in Abuja, and has previously functioned as **Vice President (Operations)** at the School of Marriage under CNDL.  

Obayomi is widely recognized as a respected leadership consultant, Bible teacher, and public speaker, with a reputation for delivering practical insights on spiritual leadership, biblical discipleship, marriage mentoring, and organizational strategy.
