Adedeji was born in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, into the Oshinkola Royal Family of the Akui Royal Compound, Iremo Quarters.[5] He is the last child of his parents and spent much of his early life in Ile-Ife before later marrying Oluwaseun Omolara Adedeji.[6]
