In such instance, a spiritual leader will only be effective to the degree of his people development programme within the organization.
Toward organization effectiveness in difficult times and terrains, the spiritual leader must be committed to continually.

Spiritual leadership must continually train men and women for effective ministry - such that in the various pursuit of the ministry, victory or result will be recorded.
