Often times, ministries are pioneered by a core group – sometimes with a clear cut spiritual leader, and sometimes not.

This core group often make various contributions (time, resources, skill etc.) to the survival and growth of the new work. However, in most instances, the core group doesn’t always stick together to the end.

The Abram went up from Egypt, he and his wife and all that he had, and lot with him, it the south. Now the land was not able to support them that they might dwell together, for their possessions were so that they could not dwell together. And there was strife between the herdsman of Abram’s livestock and the herdsmen of lot’s livestock 

Genesis 13: 1 – 9

Although most separation in ministries or churches often results into strife, battles, criticisms and evil propagandas; but really, some separations are just necessary, which must be handled with wisdom.

Times must come when certain individuals within the church or ministries would’ve grown tremendously in grace and wisdom and have caught some visions for the kingdom service – thus, wisdom must be employed like Abram to make the separation physical but not spiritual.
