Vision is basically inevitable for effective spiritual leadership.

Vision is the spiritual sight – ability to see beyond the limitations of the natural eyes. Thus, to be effective in spiritual leadership, ministries must be able to see spiritually.

Vision is seeing ahead of time, space and distance. For with vision, you can gain some understanding into the future, thus, helping you to navigate your way through the uncertain future with confidence and faith.

However, vision is only as reliable as what enables it for if your ability to see into the future is a product of greed, impatience, pride, over - confidence, and laziness, then, you are bound to crash land enough in the pursuit of that vision.

But, if your own vision was instructed and enabled by God, i8rrespective what the way it appears in your human eyes and mind, you will always live to be happy for it.

Vision is a major force in ministry, and in fact, ministry exists for its fulfillment – but ensures that your vision was from the LORD.

In Genesis 13:10, Lot got his vision from wrong sources, while in Genesis 13: 14, God gave Abram a good, and challenging vision. So, what’s the source of your own vision?
