Very few foods are eaten raw; instead, people typically cook (make) their food before consuming them.
And the truth is, an effective spiritual leader is a cooked food ready to do enjoyed by the waiting world in manifestation.
Genesis 27 actually reveals the inevitability of the making process for effective ministry.
In verse 3 and 4, Isaac gave an admonition to Esau on what he needed to do, so as to receive blessings from him. Isaac told him to go for a hunt in order to get animal to use in preparing his beloved food.
While in verse 8 – 9, Rebekah told Jacob to go rather to the backyard, and fetch her one of the goats; to use in preparing a beloved food for Isaac.
The point here is this, although the food was ultimately prepared with different kinds of animal, the two satisfied the taste of Isaac. And so, I believe that, beyond the relevance of the animal, the making of the food was particularly responsible for its deliciousness (effectiveness).
And so, beyond the limitations of your background or past, if only you could identify the right making path for spiritual leadership, and walk in it, you would surely become an effective minister (spiritual leader). For your effectiveness in ministry is principle tied with the pattern or nature of process that made you (as a minister).
