Princess Rukayya, wife of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former vice-president and presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) next year elections, has said her husband is more committed to fix Nigeria than other candidates.
Rukayya, who spoke at a PDP Women Summit in Lafia, Nasarawa State, called on Nigerians to vote for her husband.
She said Nigeria can be great with the right person, despite the challenges it is facing.
“… have been privileged to have the front row seat in the life of Atiku Abubakar and I can tell you that I am yet to meet a more committed person or a better candidate. He has shown determination throughout his political career.
“… He is a man driven by passion and the desire to give back to the society. So, I ask you, should we not support this man that is committed to making a better life for all of us? From me to you, I can promise you that should we get Atiku Abubakar on the presidential seat, we will ensure that our children get the proper education they deserve…’
