For 4G, small changes in line of sight and band selection make big differences. Practical fixes: put router high and central, away from metal and microwaves; use Ethernet for TV and work laptops; split 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSIDs; update firmware; and, where possible, move to fiber or fixed wireless with external antenna. As neighbours grow, ask ISP for node split or higher capacity backhaul. A short site survey with a Wi Fi analyzer app can reveal the exact bottleneck quickly.
