Oluwaseun Omolara Adedeji (born 6 February 1987) is a Nigerian organizational development consultant, transformational coach, faith-based leader, and author. She is the Executive Vice President of Kingdom Pathwalkers Ministries, Vice-President (HR/PR) of the Centre for New Dimension Leadership, Senior Consultant at AAJ Consulting Limited, and Executive Director of Flickers of Hope Foundation. She is married to Adegboyega Joshua Adedeji, with whom she co-leads in ministry and leadership development.

Early life and education

Oluwaseun Omolara Adedeji was born on 6 February 1987 in Lagos State, Nigeria, into the family of Pa Alfred Shonubi and Mrs. Florence Shonubi. She studied Economics at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, where she was active in Christian student fellowships and leadership activities.

During her university years, she participated in the **Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) program**, representing OAU at national and international competitions. She also engaged in Christian evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development initiatives through campus fellowships, gaining a reputation for her strong stage presence, teaching ability, and prayer ministry.

Ministry and leadership

After graduating in 2009, she transitioned into full-time ministry. Alongside her husband Adegboyega Joshua Adedeji, she co-founded **Kingdom Pathwalkers Ministries** in Abuja, where she currently serves as **Executive Vice President**. Her ministry focus includes prayer, deliverance, discipleship, women empowerment, and leadership training.

She is also Vice-President (HR/PR) at the Centre for New Dimension Leadership (CNDL), contributing to the organization’s mandate of raising Christlike servant-leaders in Nigeria and beyond.

In addition, she is the **Executive Director of Flickers of Hope Foundation**, a non-profit focused on educational access, vocational training, and financial literacy for marginalized communities, particularly women and young people.
