Adegboyega Joshua Adedeji (born 5 November 1985) is a Nigerian leadership strategist, organizational development consultant, author, and Christian leader. He leads AAJ Consulting Limited and Olive Alpha Integrated Solutions Limited and is President of Kingdom Pathwalkers Ministries and the Centre for New Dimension Leadership in Abuja, Nigeria.

Early life and education

Adedeji was born in Ile-Ife, Osun State, into the Oshinkola Royal Family of the Akui Royal Compound, Iremo Quarters. He developed an early interest in ministry through drama, giving his first drama ministration at age six in the Anglican Church and later performing widely before university.

He studied Economics at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (2004–2008), serving in the Redeemed Christian Fellowship drama subgroup as well as in ushering and Sunday school roles. After National Youth Service (Arochukwu, Abia State), he completed ministerial training at the Word of Faith Bible Institute (BCC, LCC, LDC; 2010) and earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College (2011).

His formal academic qualifications include an MBA from Nexford University (specialization: Enabling E-Commerce) and a B.Sc. in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, with the PGD in Theology noted above.

Formative leadership and ministerial journey

During NYSC, Adedeji served as Zonal Coordinator of the Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship (NCCF), organizing school, prison, and hospital outreaches and coordinating teaching and drama ministrations. He subsequently served briefly as Executive Assistant to Rev. Sam Oye (now The Transforming Church) in 2011–2012, married Oluwaseun Omolara Adedeji, and relocated to Katsina, where they taught, discipled believers, and began writing and publishing resources for churches and fellowships.
