Centre for New Dimension Leadership (CNDL) is a Nigerian leadership development organization based in Abuja, founded in 2017. It is led by Adegboyega Joshua Adedeji serving as President, and Abiola Benjamin Obayomi as Acting CEO.

Mission & Vision

CNDL seeks to raise a new generation of transformational leaders across Nigeria and beyond by providing high-impact leadership training, mentorship, and capacity building programs tailored to both individuals and organizations.
