Adegboyega Joshua Adedeji (born 5 November 1985), also known as A. Joshua Adedeji, is a Nigerian leadership strategist, organizational development consultant, author, and Christian leader. He is the Chief Executive Officer of AAJ Consulting Limited, the Founder of Olive Alpha Integrated Solutions Limited, and the President of Kingdom Pathwalkers Ministries, based in Abuja, Nigeria. He also serves as the President of the Centre for New Dimension Leadership.[1][2][3]
Early life and education
Adedeji was born in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, into the Oshinkola Royal Family of the Akui Royal Compound, Iremo Quarters. He is the last child of his parents and spent much of his early life in Ile-Ife before marrying Oluwaseun Omolara Adedeji.[4]
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nexford University, with a specialization in Enabling E-Commerce; a Post-Graduate Diploma in Theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College; and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.[5]

Adedeji has established himself as a consultant, entrepreneur, and faith-based leader.
- He is the Chief Executive Officer of AAJ Consulting Limited, focusing on organizational leadership, strategy, and development.
- He is the Founder of Olive Alpha Integrated Solutions Limited, an innovation-driven company managing multiple digital platforms including FridayPosts.com, Hubpile.com, Selabaya.com, Webnigerians.com, Nairapods.com, and others.[6]
- He is the President of Kingdom Pathwalkers Ministries, a Christian ministry dedicated to discipleship, leadership, and Kingdom impact.
- He also presides over the Centre for New Dimension Leadership (CentreNDL), a faith-based leadership training center.
